Cost:
The cost is £400 per week: inclusive
of all utilities (and logs if required), bed linen, towels etc.
Time:
Seven days rental
Arrive after 14:00 - Depart before 11:00
Typically available from Saturday to Saturday (can arrange extended
or alternative days)
Accommodation:
2 bedrooms (one with balcony) sleeps 4 (2 in each)
1 sleeper sofa in lounge can sleep 2
1 bathroom with shower
Lounge with balcony (log fire in winter)
Fully equipped kitchen (except no dishwasher)
Service:
The flat is fully serviced for arrival and on departure, which
includes cleaning and hoovering; washing of towels and bed linen;
and, opening
and closing processes e.g. shutters, water, electricity etc. Arrangements
can be made for additional cleaning during the visit for a small
charge.
Other Information:
This is a private home so it should please be treated with respect
No smoking is permitted except on the balcony
Due to access and balconies, property not suited for impaired
mobility
Very rural setting so little or no English spoken
No phone but mobiles work well
Italian TV (with poor reception) and some British videos
Small Stereo with some CD’s available
Maps and “Tourist Information” available in the flat
We do not carry any “holiday” insurance so we recommend
arranging your own.
