Everything in the house is brand new including the beds and bedding, (with the exception of a few antique pieces). The centrally heated and double glazed flat comprises a lounge (with log fire) two bedrooms, one a twin or double, and one with bunk beds, a newly fitted kitchen with modern appliances (including a microwave and washing machine but no dishwasher), and one new bathroom with bath and shower.

There are two balconies facing south at the front of the house and we are building a small garden at the back also for sitting out, which gets the sun from morning until sunset. The flat is on the first floor up of four and is accessed from a communal hallway/stairs. The house is built into the hillside so there is steep access from the street. It is not well suited to those with significant mobility problems and would be very difficult for wheel chair access. It is not well suited to small children. No smoking is permitted in the house except on the balcony.
